I have over 35 years of experience in investment portfolio management and retirement plan advisory. I began my career as a financial planner with Univest, advancing to the position of Portfolio Manager and eventually Vice President/Supervisor of Funds Management.

After nine years at Univest, I established Indian Valley Capital Management as a Principal. In January 2000, IVCM was acquired and renamed FirstService Capital. In 2004, FirstService Capital transitioned and was renamed National Penn Capital Advisors. After separating from National Penn in August 2014, my partners and I established the independent advisory firm IVC Wealth Advisors LLC, where I serve as President.
Outside work, I am involved in numerous community and church activities and enjoy spending time with my wife and our blended family of children and grandchildren.

I hold a B.S. Degree from Elizabethtown College. I earned the Certified Financial Planner (CHP®) designation from the College of Financial Planning. I have 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination) and a PA Life and Health License.

Staying present can be difficult when you are worried about the future. As Vice President and head of investment research at IVC Wealth Advisors, building client confidence is my top priority. With over 20 years of experience as a financial advisor, I focus on providing my clients with customized financial and retirement plans to strengthen their financial future.

I started my career servicing life and variable annuity clients at Prudential Financial before accepting a broker role for Charles Schwab in Colorado. After returning to Pennsylvania, I landed at National Penn, where I developed my skills in selling and servicing group benefits, including group retirement plans. After 11 years at National Penn, my partners and I decided we could more fully meet the needs of our clients by starting our independent firm.

Outside the office, I am involved in my local church and coaching youth soccer. I love spending time with my wife and three daughters. Away from work, I enjoy motorsports, hunting, shooting, hiking, and traveling.
A Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), I hold the FINRA, 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law), 65 (Uniform Investment Adviser Law), and Life, Accident & Health licenses.

As a Registered Client Service Associate, my role is to anticipate the individual needs of our clients and provide exceptional client support. I strive to deliver accurate and timely responses to client requests and administrative processes. With over 15 years in the industry and a solid organizational background, I work with our financial advisors as they uncover and meet individual client goals.

I started my career at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. in the reception area before I relocated to their Philadelphia offices for client support. During my time at Oppenheimer, I obtained several industry licenses. I further improved my industry knowledge by moving to Wells Fargo Advisors as a Senior Registered Associate. The chance to work individually with advisors and clients in a small personal setting is what drew me to IVC Wealth Advisors. The IVC community is what makes coming to work every day special.

I grew up in a small town in northwestern PA and attended Pennsylvania State University and the University of Pittsburgh. I moved to the area in the early 2000s and now reside in Perkasie with my husband, children, and pets. Outside the office, I enjoy baking, gardening, and spending time with my family.

As a Client Service Associate, I enjoy serving clients’ needs and assisting advisors with client accounts. I tutored under a wonderful mentor who taught me what it meant to provide client service and support, and the impact on their financial future.

I began my professional career as a client service representative for a regional Southern bank before I moved into the investment world via a newly established Broker-Dealer Firm, where I provided client support for independent financial advisors and their associates. The position allowed me to increase my knowledge of the inner workings of the different platforms and processes in the investment industry. After a brief absence due to medical reasons, I returned to work as a Client Service Associate at IVC Wealth.

I am from Northeast Philadelphia and returned to Pennsylvania in 2020 after living in Southern California and Maryland for many years. I attended Citrus Valley Community College in San Gabriel, California. I graduated with two degrees, an AS in Accounting and an AA in Liberal Arts.  I have twin sons in their early 20s and two dogs, and I enjoy spending time with them. I am a sports fan. I love rooting for the Phillies and Eagles. I enjoy dining with friends and sharing laughs.
